Steve Warren Wolfe has been a stalwart representative of transformational leaders for several decades, with roots deeply embedded in strategy, financial services, technology, and economic consulting across various vertical industries. He has spent the last five years executing key searches and mergers in economic consulting and is currently building a sophisticated technology platform fort his exciting and growing specialty.
Following the acquisition of his national firm in the mid-90’s, The Summit Group, Steve founded OSIsearch. This venture focuses on interrelated best-of-class human and firm integration. We provide an in-depth analysis of how these proposed pairings can benefit a firm’s ROI. Starting first with our executive search expertise in identifying luminaries or teams integrating into a variety of verticals, expanding to M&A possibilities.

Steve specializes in identifying like-minded luminaries who drive exponential value within their organizations. His approach involves translating complex strategies into actionable results. Representing leaders, teams, and acquisition targets across the globe, Steve focus is within the Americas, but also many assignments in Canada, Asia Pac, Latam, Europe, Russia, and the Netherlands. At OSIsearch, he prioritizes internal talent development, handpicking researchers and recruiters from top-tier universities and nurturing them into invaluable assets for his clients. OSI’s research team and their methodology employs a sophisticated vertical and horizontal approach, ensuring swift alignment with complex organizational strategies.

Well, there is nothing more satisfying than this moment of my life. At that moment I truly learned that knowing the right thing to do is not enough – actually doing it is the key.

Let me open one last chapter. Last year I was diagnosed with a terminal form of Cancer. My prognosis, unfortunately, is three years, of which I have already enjoyed (truly enjoyed) one. My renewed emphasis on Faith, Family and Friends cannot be overstated. So what does this have to do with that? Because I had rebalanced my life, I was able to deal with this news head on. I could not imagine dealing with this life changing reality in a backdrop of untended gardens and broken relationships.

So, how can one person affect the life of another? Now you know and for that, I am eternally grateful to you, Steve. You can’t imagine how positively you affected the quality of my and my family’s life through your encouragement, sensitivity and professionalism. Thank you so much.”
